Learn about the principles of sound, vibration, and resonance, and their profound impact on the mind, body, and spirit. Introduction to Meditation, Chakras and Energy Work - How they correlate with Sound

Week 2: Healing Instruments and Techniques

Dive into the heart of sound healing by discovering various instruments and techniques, including singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, mantras, mudras and more. Understand their therapeutic properties and how to harness their energy for healing.

 

Week 3: Sound Healing Practices

Week three is all about practical application. You'll learn how to create a healing environment, design sound healing sessions for groups and 1:1, and how to work with clients effectively. Explore meditation, toning, and sound baths as powerful tools for relaxation and rejuvenation. We’ll cover practitioner self-care and body mechanics.

 

Week 4: Advanced Sound Healing and Integration

In the final week, we delve into advanced techniques, combining different instruments and modalities for a holistic approach to healing, how to buy instruments. You will also learn about the ethical considerations and integration of sound healing into your life and practice.
